Christian Travelers is the independently-owned business of Charles Cooper, recently retired after 40 years in the pastorate. Since 1979, Charles has been developing a travel service ministering to other pastors and the Christian community at large. He has earned a reputation for integrity and "going the second mile" looking for the lowest fares and the best travel values. He has personally led 15 tours to the Middle East, including Israel, Jordan, Egypt, Greece and Rome. He has led a number of other tour programs, including trips to China. A major focus of this travel ministry has been in providing comprehensive hotel and travel arrangements to the large annual meeting of the Southern Baptist Convention. Presently, Christian Travelers is the leading packager of SBC convention arrangements in the nation.
